- Hey guys. Don't stop reading now, but don't you think it's time for an AMOS
- port for PC:s? Seriously, The Amiga is a wonderfull machine and all but you
- must admit it's not THAT popular anymore. And the AMOS programming
- language is far to important to sink with the amiga (Okay, I know most of you
- say the amiga will rise again and sure, if it did I would be the first to start writing
- Amiga AMOS extensions again but until it does...)
- You know... When a guy with a PC want's to start programming he gets to
- choose between QuickBasic, which is deadly boring and almost unusable for
- any form of graphics programming, or Klik and Play, which is not programming
- at all. (You seriously don't learn programming from drag dropping your mouse
- for an hour.) Am I completetly wrong? Is there no interest whatsoever for a
- PC-Amos? Well, If I am not, do you think it would be possible to get the
- source from Mandarin Software (Or whoever owns it now) or do you think it
- would be easier to rewrite the whole thing. Or, am I possibly to late? Is there
- already some sort of PC-Amos port? Please mail me your opinions (or post
- 'em right here for that matter...)
